Who has time for this?
Friends ask, "When did you learn to crochet?" and "How do you find the time?". My grandmother crocheted. When she came to live with us in her later years, I sat and watched her fingers fly. She was always making a granny square afghan as a gift for someone in the family. Every little scrap of yarn got used in the project.
Somehow, sometime, I learned to crochet. I think of Grandmother all the time, as I work on the products you see here. My meditations are to crochet and knit. Any time I sit down to watch TV or listen to the radio, I pick up the latest project, and away I go.
We live in rural Colorado east of Aurora (east of Denver). Our ranchette is home to 2 horses, 3 chickens, 2 dogs and an Amazon parrot!
